Business Planning of Innovative Projects
The goal of the course "Business planning of innovative projects" is to study of the theoretical foundations of business enterprise conservation planning and organizing, financing and management of innovative projects in the environmental field.
The main objective of teaching is to teach students to develop business plans and conduct a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of innovation in the environmental field.
Methodological and practical basis of discipline is the modern theory of market economy, publications of leading scholars and practitioners in the field of innovation, environmental economics.
After finishing this course the student must:
Know:
  • description of the sections of the business plan;
  • features of the implementation of innovative projects in the environmental field;
  • pricing strategies for new environmental products;
  • innovative methods of analysis of risk;
  • methods for assessing environmental and economic efficiency of innovation.
Able to:
  • apply the methodological instruments for developing a business plan of environmental activities of the company;
  • develop a strategy for the development of innovative environmental performance of the enterprise;
  • analyze environmental and economic efficiency of innovation.
Discipline is directly related to normative disciplines "Ecological Economics", "Economics of the firm", "The theory of ecological-economic analysis " and so on.
