Enterprise Economics
Enterprise Economics is training of experts of educational-and-qualifying level of bachelor, specialist and master in the field of economical and technical-and-organizational activities at the enterprises of different patterns of ownership. Students study a number of disciplines of economic, financial, administrative and information directions that allows graduates to choose a wide spectrum of professional work. Graduates work in business concerns, international auditor companies, investment funds and planning-and-financial subsections of industrial enterprises. At Department of Economics and Business Administration training of bachelors, specialists and masters is carried out.
International scientific magazine "Mechanism of Economy Regulation", listed among profile editions of the Higher Certifying Commission of Ukraine is published at the Chair. Considerable attention is given to studying of such disciplines as "Enterprise Economics", "Economic Analysis", "Marketing", "Staff Management", "Management of Projects", "Financial Management", "Foreign Trade Activities Bases". Students are actively engaged in scientific activities, they take part in international scientific conferences, editing of scientific works, they are authors of many publications. For last two years students and post-graduate students of Department of Economics and Business Administration have visited international forums in Slovakia, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey, Czech, Sweden. About 20% of students pass examinations and report on degree works in foreign languages.
The training system provides three basic forms: daily, correspondence, evening, and also external, individual training and distance learning.
Graduates of the department can continue their studies at the post-graduate course. Department of economics and business administration is basic for particularized academic council for defense of candidate's dissertation with economy-oriented direction. Economics department gives opportunity for receiving academic degree of “Doctor of philosophy” (PhD), which is accepted in European countries.
