Business Administration
Business Administration (master degree level) is the training of business-managers for the enterprises of different ownership forms, who are able to provide innovative development. Training is implemented on the base of two departments: economics and marketing. The experts of new formation are trained, who are able to use modern achievements in spheres of micro- and macroeconomics, marketing, financial management, information economy, who are apt at the generation of new ideas, including the ones of ecological orientation, in the entrepreneurial activity management process.
Results After completing the Programme:
You will be knowledgeable enough to become a leading top manager and businessman with the reputation for excellence both in Ukraine and internationally. You will acquire:
- advanced knowledge of the concepts, theories and methods in contemporary management science;
- deep understanding of the latest tendencies in business development taking place in Ukraine and abroad;
- skills and knowledge to deliver forecasts for businesses, to create strategies in the context of business management.
The Programme also enables our graduates to benefit from:
- mastering the art of business management in the light of global competition, risk, crisis conditions etc.;
- establishing relations with the students representatives who are expected to be a valuable recourse for business development;
- cooperation with highly-experienced teachers which are put in the same competitive level with the leading teachers from Ukraine and abroad.
The graduates should demonstrate a great expertise of working as:
- managing director, chairman of the board, director of an enterprise, office manager, branch manager and the likewise;
- head of the state as well as municipal authorities;
- chief of services;
- commercial manager;
- head of a committee (bureau), team manager, departmental manager, head of inspection;
- project manager, programme director;
- teacher, science officer and consulter.
For an entry it is needed to have complete higher education (educational-and-qualifying level – not below the specialist) and experience of top management activity for not less than two years. Lectures for MBA-students are given by professorial-teaching staff of economics and management faculty, by the representatives of business. There are also seminars with participation of foreign professors and research workers.
